Merhaba Dünya, Hello World, and print("Hello")

Human languages and machine code serve the same purpose for me: communicating and solving problems. Welcome to my open digital notebook on translation, coding, and accessibility.

From the outside, I might just look like a translation student spending my days at Selçuk University, navigating between texts, words, and cultures. But my world goes a bit beyond just words on paper.
To me, languages aren't divided into strict categories. Human languages and machine code are part of the same whole. Translating a text from English to Turkish feels incredibly similar to writing an automation script in Python to tell a computer what to do. Both are simply ways of communicating an idea and solving a problem.
That’s exactly why I wanted to build this site from scratch with my own hands. Instead of using a ready-made, heavy template, I wanted to dive into the code and see how things actually work behind the scenes.
But simply making something "work" or "look good" isn't enough. As a Digital Accessibility Tester, my biggest priority is ensuring that what we create reaches everyone. The code we write, the text we translate, the websites we design... If it doesn't break down digital barriers, if it doesn't make life easier for someone using a screen reader, then the job just isn't finished.
In this blog, I’ll be sharing everything that catches my interest—from translation nuances and coding experiments to my efforts in making the digital world more inclusive. This isn't just a standard portfolio; it's my open digital notebook.
Welcome!
